Group Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Group Bookings
Reservations for 6 or more guests are considered group bookings. We do not accept reservations for more than 12 people.
For bookings of 6 guests or more:

A deposit of €20 will per person be required to secure the reservation.

Payment must be made by bank transfer to the following Banco Santander account: ES66 0049 2253 1921 1400 5071, account holder: La Casona de Guadalest, S.L., indicating the name of the reservation in the payment reference.

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

If the group reduces the number of guests with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge may be applied for the unused seats.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your trust in Venta Guadalest. To provide the best possible service and manage our tables efficiently — especially on high-demand days — we apply the following cancellation policy:
1. Free Cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked date and time.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you fail to attend without prior notice or cancel the reservation less than 24 hours in advance:

A charge of €20 per person will be applied, or
-
The deposit paid will be forfeited.
This amount compensates for the loss of service caused by holding a table that cannot be reassigned to other customers.
3. Special Dates and Events
On high-demand dates (bank holidays, long weekends, Easter, summer, or special menus), the deposit amount may be higher.
4. Reservation Modifications
It is important to inform us of any changes as soon as possible (at least 24 hours in advance). Last-minute changes in the number of guests cannot be accepted due to table distribution. Changes to the time or number of guests, within the required notice period, may be made free of charge and are always subject to the restaurant’s availability.
