Energy efficiency - Next Generation EU funds

At Venta Guadalest Restaurant, we are committed to sustainability and energy efficiency.

To this end, we have carried out a series of improvement measures within the restaurant facilities, with the aim of reducing energy consumption and minimising our environmental impact.

These investments have been made possible thanks to the support provided by the Generalitat Valenciana within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds, and the incentive programme for energy efficiency and circular economy projects in tourism businesses in the Comunitat Valenciana, managed by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, as part of the support scheme linked to improving sustainability in the tourism sector.

An investment of €13,190.24 (excluding VAT) has been made, of which part (100%) has been funded by the Generalitat Valenciana. This investment has enabled the replacement of air-conditioning equipment, bar and kitchen dishwashers, and bottle coolers with new, more efficient models, leading to an increase in energy efficiency in air conditioning of more than 35%.
